What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in hashed form, never as plain text.
• Order details: the items you order and the shipping address you enter at checkout.

We do not collect card or bank details: orders are paid by cash on delivery.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders
• To let you sign in and see your order history
• To contact you about an order when needed

Cookies and browser storage

• A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. It is removed when you sign out.
• Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back.
