Delivery is one flat charge however much is in the bag, and it disappears entirely once the order passes ₹5,999. You will see the exact figure before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Every order has a reference beginning SS-, on the confirmation screen and on the order itself. Put it into track your order to see where it has got to. If you were signed in when you ordered, it is also under my orders.

Pieces can come back within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the packaging they arrived in. Ceramics, glass and anything hand-finished travel best in the box they came in, so it is worth keeping it until you are sure.

1. 1Get in touch within those 14 days with your order reference — the contact page is the quickest way.
2. 2We confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
3. 3Once it reaches us unused, the refund goes back to the way you paid.

We will confirm the return postage arrangements with you when you write — it depends on the piece and on why it is coming back, so we would rather tell you straight than put a rule here that does not fit your order.

Photograph it before anything else, including the outer box if that took the knock, and send the pictures with your order reference. Breakages in transit are ours to sort out, not yours to argue about — tell us within 48 hours of the parcel arriving and we will put it right.

Payment is taken online through Razorpay, on their own secure window. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank details are never entered on this site and never stored by it.
